WebmiRanda is an algorithm for finding genomic targets for microRNAs. This algorithm has been written in C and is available as an open-source method under the GPL. MiRanda was developed at the Computational Biology Center of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. WebBcmicrO combines the prediction of different algorithms with Bayesian Network (TargetScan, miRanda, PicTar, mirTarget, PITA, and DianamicroT). BCmicrO was evaluated using the training data and the proteomic data. The results show that BCmicrO improves both the sensitivity and the specificity of each individual algorithm.

WebTargetScan (version 7.0) and MiRanda (version 3.3a) were used to predict the miRNA binding sites along with the target mRNAs. After that, Cytoscape software (version 3.1.0) was used to construct a network map of circRNA-miRNA-mRNA based on the results predicted before. http://cbio.mskcc.org/miRNA2003/miranda.html WebFeb 25, 2024 · To evaluate the universal applicability of tRFTars, the SVM-GA model was compared with the commonly used miRNA target predicting algorithms TargetScan [ 27] … citalopram heart problems
