Pretty much the same but the Forest has the beach access and caves as Virago said. The add on map with Story mode gave a lot of more of swamp mud areas with islands. Also its split into 3 maps. WebI think the key difference between the two is that The Forest has a strong horror element built into it while Green Hell was built to be more grounded in reality and harshness. So it's a question of does dealing with monsters and jump scares add or detract from what you might be wanting to replicate.
