WebSisu is ok, 1.6 mm is good. Can speak, drink, fits tight, easy to do. It is a hard plastic so it doesnt really absorb much impact. I think it may just spread it out a little. WebFun fact: The mouthguard isn't exactly designed to protect your teeth. It actually has a long list of things it protects, including, but not limited to, your tongue, your jaw, & whatever part of your opponent strikes you, as well as your teeth. IMO, you should wear it as designed.
