WebJun 12, 2015 · I had a Stemi in lad and 2 stents fitted almost 4 months ago.My Bisoprolo has just been increased to 7.5mg. just checked bp and it reads 93/63 heartrate 35.My question is how low can your heart rate go to be considered safe.What would happen if it went too low, would you just faint? 0 likes, 15 replies Report / Delete New discussion Reply WebMar 28, 2016 · Bisoprolol is supposed to slow down your heartbeat and it could be this difference which you are feeling and it does no harm. However, the side effects here are mostly feeling extreme fatigue and weakness, so if you don't get these, then there would be no good reason to discontinue (unless of course your heartbeat is now too slow).
